We are all just tired of this noise grab a pin and become an official enemy of the trucker convoy! 
 
The designs are printed on a high-quality laser printer using premium paper, before being punched and pressed into buttons on a professional quality button press. All designs are covered with high gloss Mylar to help protect them from daily ware (please note the designs are water resistant – not waterproof).  We press all buttons by hand and try to insure all images are as straight as possible.
All buttons are pressed fresh to order to insure they are shiny and new when we send them off to their new homes.
 
Please note that colours may vary due to the calibration of different monitors. We try to get our colours are close as possible, but some variation may occur.

    Krafty Ninja Hobby Shack: Shop Policies

    Shipping & Fulfillment:

    • All orders are shipped in-house from our studio in Toronto by the Krafty Ninja Team.

    • Most ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

    • For custom orders, production begins only after you approve the design proof. They will ship within 3-5 business days after your approval.

    • Please Note: We are often on the road attending markets! Orders placed while we are at an in-person event will begin processing once we return. Any expected shipping delays will be communicated via our website announcements or social media.

    Returns & Refunds:
    We want you to love your purchase! Please review our policy carefully.

    • Accepted Returns: We accept returns for items that arrived broken or damaged during shipment. You must notify us of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Non-Returnable Items: To protect the custom nature of our work, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or personalized items unless a specific agreement has been made prior to purchase.

    • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

    • Refunds: A refund will be issued to your original payment method once we have received the returned item in its original condition.
