Shipping & Fulfillment:

All orders are shipped in-house from our studio in Toronto by the Krafty Ninja Team.
Most ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
For custom orders, production begins only after you approve the design proof. They will ship within 3-5 business days after your approval.
Please Note: We are often on the road attending markets! Orders placed while we are at an in-person event will begin processing once we return. Any expected shipping delays will be communicated via our website announcements or social media.

Returns & Refunds:
We want you to love your purchase! Please review our policy carefully.

Accepted Returns: We accept returns for items that arrived broken or damaged during shipment. You must notify us of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items: To protect the custom nature of our work, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or personalized items unless a specific agreement has been made prior to purchase.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Refunds: A refund will be issued to your original payment method once we have received the returned item in its original condition.
