Our puzzle cubes are a fun and creative way to challenge any puzzle aficionado in your life!  All our cubes are hand made to order, we print each cube on durable vinyl labels and finished with a gloss laminate to help protect your cube! Choose a holographic laminate to add some extra glitz to you gift! Holographic finishes are available in 3 designs glitter, stars and bubbles! All cubes include a clear stand to display your custom creation. Our cubes are packaged in a clear cello bag!

How to order your personal cube:
 
First Place your order choosing the cube size and finishes from the drop down menus!
 
Next if you know what six (6) images you would like to use please submit them in a message
 
(If you’re not sure about what images would work best once the order is placed we will message you with next steps and best photo ideas/options within 24hrs of receiving your order!)
 
Once your images are received, we will create a sample for you to see approximately how your photos will be cropped (sample message is sent within 24hrs of receiving your 6 images)
 
Finally once your sample is approved cubes can take between 3-4 days to produce and ship out!

    Shipping & Fulfillment:

    • All orders are shipped in-house from our studio in Toronto by the Krafty Ninja Team.

    • Most ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

    • For custom orders, production begins only after you approve the design proof. They will ship within 3-5 business days after your approval.

    • Please Note: We are often on the road attending markets! Orders placed while we are at an in-person event will begin processing once we return. Any expected shipping delays will be communicated via our website announcements or social media.

    Returns & Refunds:
    We want you to love your purchase! Please review our policy carefully.

    • Accepted Returns: We accept returns for items that arrived broken or damaged during shipment. You must notify us of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Non-Returnable Items: To protect the custom nature of our work, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or personalized items unless a specific agreement has been made prior to purchase.

    • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

    • Refunds: A refund will be issued to your original payment method once we have received the returned item in its original condition.
